Truecare developed technology that provides the necessary 'evidence' of process improvements, through the cell phone of the care professional and bluetooth beacons. This technology has been developed together with a technology partner.
After collecting all relevant data on a server through a tailor-made mobile app (Apple, Android, Windows) different graphs and figures give a detailed insight in the daily operations. With the new technology healthcare professionals are more aware of the potential for optimizing quality or efficiency of their care processes. Ideas for process improvement are simulated or simply put into practice. Measuring the intended effects is relatively simpel, because all infrastructure is already in place (cell phones and beacons). Because operations are not disturbed, the infrastructure even facilitates a continuous monitoring.
